He has over two decades of experience, in leading development programmes in multicultural contexts working with, some of the poorest, from deprived and remote locations of Ghana. Peter is currently the Executive Director of BasicNeeds-Ghana, the organisation he has been in, over the last 18 years. He has worked with several NGOs, including Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), ActionAid and World Neighbors and a stint with the civil service of Ghana in the Centre for National Culture of the National Commission on Culture.
